Artist Talk: Jot Fau

The Textile Department invites you to an artist talk with Jot Fau (1987), a multidisciplinary artist who often employs stitching in her work. She creates objects, sculptures, installations and assemblages, as well as clothing and costumes for art and dance performances, employing a sculptural approach.

Jot Fau’s practice questions the concept of identity and explores acts of making and becoming, searching and setting out on expeditions, remaining and renewal — departures without the guarantee of arrival.
