Andre Dekker, founder and partner of the artist group Observatorium in Rotterdam, NL, speaks about the desire for order, beauty and imagination in the light of calls for circularity, rights for nature and climate change. Recent works of art in equally recent landscapes and gardens illustrate these tensions.
