The series elaborates on the contrast between the well-defined, deterministic worlds represented by models, algorithms and hardware and the noisy, chaotic, imperfect, „dirty“ real spaces.
Our musical instruments used are tuned in a way that they react with utmost sensitivity to their environment, exhibiting various feedback patterns.
Central to the series is the concept of „thought as touch“, following Jacques Derrida.
How minimal can a gesture be? Does the intention suffice?
