How do artists research through phenomena, that is, through the specific ways in which their objects of inquiry appear? Which research practices have phenomenologists developed in order to understand the pre-reflective structures of experience?

Through Phenomena Themselves is one of the research cells that configure the Research Pavilion at the Venice Biennale 2019. This research cell is a framework to explore new possibilities of mutual transformation, refinement and hybridization between practices developed in the fields of artistic and phenomenological research.
