A conversation with Maurice Blanchot’s novel Awaiting Oblivion, a meta-narrative that intentionally loses itself in language, on endings is an unconventional response to an unconventional text. Oscillating between image and word, between desire and digression, on endings responds in question: how to speak to interstices and interspaces, how to say with words? How to write “thought”, how to think “writing”, how to image both?
