Ines Doujak’s multidisciplinary practice spans photography, writing, performance, sculpture, film and installation. She uses close readings of history up into the present to re-present the politics of race, class and gender. Exhibitions include The Stomach and the Port, Liverpool Biennial (2021); Kochi Muziris Biennale, India (2018); Dhaka Art Summit, Bangladesh (2018); Universes in Universe, São Paulo Biennal (2014); documenta 12, Kassel (2007); How do we want to be governed?, Museu d’Art Contemporani, Barcelona.
