Umrijeti za strojem - a tiny manifesto established in 2006, during Ivan’s activity with the experimental tape-duo Narrow (a pre-I / II project). The challenge (and inspiration) to sing in his mother tongue came from Monofonik, one of UZS’s music influences and close friends… UZS can be viewed as a mixture of socio-political observation, spontaneity, pop and the avant-garde.
