Isabella Kohlhuber - Bastards

In her work “Bastards” that will be shown at Hallway Gallery, Isabella questions the sign system of the alphabet. Fusing two letters into one, every letter becomes ambiguous loosing transparency and function, the reader becomes more of a viewer having trouble to perform the usually routine task of reading. The letter transcends into an image without purpose, refuses to be readable.
