Blu + special guest Vaclav Peloušek (BR/CZ)

Blu started to play bass and drums in a punk rock band 10 years ago, then moved to jazz and classical music (playing tuba and double bass). He started to do multi media performances with the collective Cabeleira de Berenice and Teatro em Movimento (making the theatre pieces soundtrack). In 2007, he played free improvised music with Karen Keppe in the duo Koll Witz, it was one of the first improvised groups from the south brazillian scene. In 2009 his first european tour, passing from Suisse, Berlin, Budapest, Romenia and Portugal, took place.
Last year he was acting with Nós collective, a multimedia project that connects dance, music, visuals, performance and site specific and urban interventions in a very improvised approach.

Now living in Czech Republic, doing a series of concerts, blu is always in cooperation with different artists, connecting field recordings, conceptual compositions and different sound material in his lasts performances. He performed in Jihlava, Mikulov, Bratislava, Prague and Brno, with artists such as Lucie Vitkova, Ondrej Merta, Vaclav Peloušek, Lucia Gogolacova, Murmur, Ernesto Rodrigues,…
