Shida - Fate's Fantasy Event

The Australian Artist Shida will be having his first European Solo show in Vienna’s INOPERAbLE Gallery on May 21st. Exploding out of the Street Art scene down under, mostly known for their Stencil Art, Shida has made a name for himself with his fascinating style which is no doubt influenced by Mexican Day of the Dead art and Maori tiki Art but also encompasses traces of World renowned Artists such as Dalek, Os Gemeos, Mr. Jago and the energy and free spirit of Jackson Pollock. However his unique characters illustrate an impressive skill level leaving the viewer wondering if they offer a menacing grin or a subtle smirk. Either way Shida’s monsters live in their own world where your rules don’t matter!
