One Year PARTy

One year ago, we opened the doors of PART with the idea of creating a space for artistic exchange, experimentation, conversations, and community. Since then, so many artists, curators, writers, neighbours, friends, and collaborators have shaped this place with us.

We would therefore love to celebrate this first year together!
5 pm – Open Resident Studios

8 pm – Film programme curated by Violeta Mansilla

Followed by drinks, food, and a DJ set by Elsa Okazaki.

This selection of video works by Latinomerican artists showcases the remarkable versatility of contemporary practices, seamlessly blending digital and handmade animation, AI-driven tools, and music video aesthetics. Through the deliberate use of humor, camp sensibilities, raw realism, and the construction of fictional worlds, these artists articulate alternative narratives that disrupt conventional frameworks of representation and hegemony.
